Frequently Asked Questions

Transparent answers, always

Pricing & Quotes

Three things: your home size, the distance, and any extras you need. We'll walk you through it all upfront — no surprises, no hidden math. What you see is what you pay.

Absolutely not. The quote you receive is the price you pay. We don't charge fuel surcharges, stair fees, or any surprise add-ons. Complete transparency is our policy.

If you mention them in your quote, nope — it's already factored in. We just need to know upfront so we can plan properly. No last-minute charges. That's not how we operate.

We accept all major credit cards, debit, e-transfer, and cash. Payment is due upon successful completion of your move.

Booking & Scheduling

A typical 1-bedroom takes 3-4 hours. A 3-bedroom? Usually 6-8 hours. It depends on the volume — we'll give you a realistic window when we chat.

2-4 weeks is ideal, especially between May and September when everyone's moving. Last-minute? Call us anyway — we'll try to make it work.

Yes, we understand plans change. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule without any fees. Last-minute changes may be subject to availability.

Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM, Saturday 9AM-5PM, and Sunday 10AM-4PM. Emergency and after-hours moves can be arranged for an additional fee.

Services

Absolutely. Full packing, partial packing, or just your fragile items — your call. We bring all the materials; you just point and relax.

This is where we shine. Pianos, grandfather clocks, china cabinets — we've moved them all. Special equipment, extra padding, and movers who understand that "careful" isn't just a word.

Yes, we offer climate-controlled, 24/7 monitored storage facilities for both short and long-term needs. Learn more about storage.

We serve all of Greater Vancouver including Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Delta, Langley, New Westminster, and throughout British Columbia for long distance moves.

Hazardous materials, propane tanks, anything flammable, and perishable food. Keep your important documents and valuables with you — not because we don't trust ourselves, but because you shouldn't have to.

Moving Day

You don't have to hover, but we do need someone at the start and end — to let us in, point out the fragile stuff, and sign off when we're done. A trusted friend works too.

Never expected, always appreciated. $20-40 per mover is typical for a job well done — but a genuine "thank you" means just as much to our team.
