Commercial moving —
closed Friday, open Monday.

The cost of downtime is the cost of the move,

many times over.

So offices move on our clock,

not yours — after hours,

across the weekend,

on an access window your written quote confirms at both ends before anything is lifted.

After-hours options · Colour-coded zones · Documents confirmed before booking

AFTER-HOURS SEQUENCE

The weekend does the carrying. Your window, in writing.

  1. STEP 01

    Doors lock

Your team leaves, ours arrives — floor plan posted, destination zones set out in the written plan.

  2. STEP 02

    Floor loaded

Workstations sleeved, chairs skated, crates through the freight elevator — each step follows the written protection and access plan.

  3. STEP 03

    Transit & staging

The booked window does the carrying. Route, staging and any transfer points follow the operating plan in the quote.

  4. STEP 04

    Rebuilt to plan

Desks back on their numbers and monitors out of their sleeves; IT handling follows the agreed division of work.

  5. STEP 05

    Reopening check

The quote states whether a reopening walkthrough is included and records the target operating window.

The manifest

Everything moves, except your deadlines.

Office moves run on a labelled floor plan, not luck. Desks get numbers, zones get colours, and the written scope names who leads the move, what gets labelled and where every handoff happens.

  • 01Pre-move walkthrough & floor plan

Both spaces walked, access constraints and oversized items flagged. Any desk numbering and one-to-one destination map is set out in the written plan.

  • 02Colour-coded label kit

Where colour zoning is selected, workstations, boxes, monitors and chairs carry their destination-zone colour — the scope states which items are labelled.

  • 03IT-aware handling

Monitors, docks and peripherals packed with gloves on. The written IT handoff names who disconnects, packs, transports and reconnects each type; rack work stays with your qualified IT lead.

  • 04After-hours scheduling

Evening and weekend windows may be available — disruption is the enemy, not the calendar. The written quote confirms the operating window, access constraints and any schedule-related charges.

  • 05A named move lead

One point of contact from quote to final walkthrough. The written plan states whether a move lead or escalation contact is included for the booked operating window.

  • 06Building & insurance documents

Send the building's requirements early. The written response confirms which documents are available, who files them and what must be in hand before booking.

Protocol

Friday close, Monday open.

Walk both spaces

We walk both floors with your project contact — workstations, filing rows, shared furniture, IT handoffs and destination zones all recorded before a plan is priced.

Load after hours

Staff leave, we arrive. Workstations wrapped and zones packed in order inside the access window confirmed with your team and both buildings — so the business day never sees a dolly.

Reset to the plan

Transport and any agreed reassembly follow the labelled floor plan; the quote states whether a reopening walkthrough is included and records the target operating window.

Single-suite offices to multi-floor headquarters — moved locally or between provinces, with route, access, transfer plan and operating window confirmed for each booking.

Questions

Asked by every operations lead.

Do you move offices on weekends or after hours?

Evening and weekend options may be available, depending on route, crew capacity and building access. Your written quote confirms the exact window, scope and any schedule-related charges.

Can you handle server racks and IT equipment?

Your qualified IT lead defines the division of work, and the quote records it: who disconnects, who transports and who reconnects each system.

Our building requires a certificate of insurance. Can you provide one?

Send the building's requirements before booking. The written response should confirm whether the requested document is available, what it covers, who files it and how much lead time is required.

Do you disassemble and reassemble office furniture?

Potential disassembly is assessed by system, condition and access. The written scope identifies what can be taken apart, labelled and reassembled at the destination.
